Not your average farm or barn wedding venue

We've been hosting weddings at the tree farm for over ten years now, with over 150 weddings completed. In that time, we have continued to improve our venue to provide more of the necessary items needed for a facility to host a successful event.

Our Event Space

Ceremony Site

Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks our Christmas tree farm and the lower Warwick Valley. The ceremony site comes with a handcrafted cedar arbor which sits at the end of a mulched seating area. We provide padded white resin chairs for guest seating in the ceremony area. We also provide power to this location for music/dj needs.

Pavilion

The pavilion is a 30x40 permanent structure which is crafted from logs milled on the property and finished with a concrete slab and bluestone capped stonewall. This space serves as the cocktail/bar space after your ceremony and then transforms into the dancefloor after dinner. The pavilion is outfitted with articulating doors which allow us to open up the space up or close it in depending on the weather. We include the following items in this space.

Tented Bluestone Patio

Adjacent to the pavilion is a 30x60 tented patio complete with a bluestone capped retaining wall. This space is the dining area, with seating for up to 150 guests. We provide an option for rectangular tables or round tables depending on your guest count and white padded resin chairs for up to 150 guests. This space is easily accessed by caterers and has options for buffet tables if required.

Bridal Tent & Lean-to

On the north side of the property we have built a Bridal tent that serves as a staging area for the bridal party before the ceremony. We also have a lean-to situated by our lower pond for the groomsman to congregate before the start of the event.

Caterer's Tent

In 2023 we added a Caterer's tent area behind the main tent to provide a dry level space for caterers to stage and serve out of. This was a success and will be continued moving forward.

Firepit Area

The south side of the pavilion features an extensive firepit area and overlook space for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Our staff lights the fire and maintains it throughout the night.

We cannot rave enough about Emmerich! All night our guests kept asking "how did you find this place?" or "this is the most beautiful venue I've been to." All night long our guests were impressed with the gorgeous views, the cozy fire, and the spacious dance floor and dinning tent. The farm is pure magic. From the first day we toured Emmerich with the venue coordinator, Emily, we knew this was going to be the place for us. The gorgeous view from the ceremony site, the woodsy feel of the pavilion, and the beautiful bridal tent all locked us in right away. Throughout the planning process, Emily was organized, detailed, and extremely helpful. She responded to all of our emails and phone calls in a timely manner and orchestrated the most perfect day. We had no worries throughout the seamless planning process. She is a professional who knows what she is doing while also gets to know her clients in a way that makes us feel like life long friends. The entire day of was perfect. Emily was in contact with all of our vendors to make sure the catering team was set, the florals were in place, and the band was ready to go. We had nothing to worry about the entire day because we knew the process was is great hands. We could not recommend Emmerich more, we seriously want all of our friends and family to get married there so they could experience how truly amazing it is to host a wedding there. We are serious when we say it was pure magic. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

We got married at the Emmerich Tree Farm in June, and it was by far the best decision we ever made. We had visited about 8 other venues and our last stop was the tree farm. The minute we stepped foot on the grounds and met Kurt that afternoon, we knew this is exactly the setting we wanted for our wedding. He even let our dog "Tikki" be apart of the ceremony!!! ( This was a major component for her to be apart of the day so this just even more confirmed how perfect the farm was going to be) We live on Long Island and did not want the "traditional hall-style" wedding. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, you are surrounded by a vast amount of evergreen trees and mountains, and your guests really get a sense of the hudson valley area. All the walkways are meticulouly maintained, and all ametities are available. Our family and friends could not stop talking (and still can't stop talking!) about how amazing the venue and staff were. Throughout the planning process, Kurt was extremely receptive to our vision and very accommodating - even providing our guests rides in his cart the day of the wedding. The ceremony was outdoors, overlooking the farm and the reception(which was just a few yards up) was in an open-air pavilion (which can have sides if the weather in inclement) with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. We had just under 110 guests, but could definitely hold up to 160. There is an amazing fire pit right outside the pavillion which my guests absolutely adored and Kurt kept it going all night. I'm already receiving questions via social media about the venue for their weddings and can not stop recommending this place. If I could give more then 5 stars I would without a doubt. It's been 5 months since our wedding, and not a day goes by that I don't think about how stunning everything was. Thank you Kurt and the rest of the Emmerich team, you made my dreams come true and made my wedding day more perfect then I could have ever imagined !

Emmerich Tree Farm was amazing! Our vibe was romantic rustic chic and this fit perfectly! The ceremony overlooks the Christmas trees and it’s beautiful. Kurt has made improvements to the pavilion that we were not expecting when we booked the venue! He has enclosed it with heat/ac and large beautiful windows. It is great! We also had a fire pit during our reception and it was a huge hit! There is a bridal tent which we used to get ready and do first looks. It is so cute! Thank you, Kurt, for a great time and awesome wedding!!

How do I book?

To book our venue, please visit our website and fill out the booking form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

What is your capacity?

Our venue can host up to 160 guests.

What is included?

Along with access to our wedding facility, we provide power, two restrooms, tables, chairs, buffet tables, lighting, trash removal, firepit maintenance, and two facility staff employees to assist with guest transport and facility upkeep.

What is not included?

Couples will need to hire a caterer, photographer, and a dj (Plus any additional vendors you would like to have). We can provide a list of recommended vendors upon request.

What dates are available?

We host weddings from May through October, please reach out to us to see what dates are currently available.

What is the price?

2024 Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 depending on date and guest count. Price for 2025 is $8,000 - $9,000 for up to 150 guests. No guest minimums.

We only host 24 weddings a year, with dates available from May through October. Once we book 24 weddings all remaining available dates will be removed for that calendar year. Most weddings take place on Saturdays, but we do offer reduced rates for other days upon request.
