How do I book?

To book our venue, please visit our website and fill out the booking form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

What is your capacity?

Our venue can host up to 160 guests.

What is included?

Along with access to our wedding facility, we provide power, two restrooms, tables, chairs, buffet tables, lighting, trash removal, firepit maintenance, and two facility staff employees to assist with guest transport and facility upkeep.

What is not included?

Couples will need to hire a caterer, photographer, and a dj (Plus any additional vendors you would like to have). We can provide a list of recommended vendors upon request.

What dates are available?

We host weddings from May through October, please reach out to us to see what dates are currently available.

What should I expect as a wedding guest?

Our venue features natural terrain and stone paths, so we recommend appropriate footwear and encourage guests to avoid wearing heels when possible. We provide golf cart transportation from the parking area to the venue for guests that need assistance. We stop providing transport once the ceremony is underway to avoid disruptions, so please keep that in mind.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, for our Christmas tree cutting season, we have moved to a reservation system to ensure we can accommodate our guests without long lines or limited parking options.

What size are your trees?

The majority of our trees are 5'-9'. Please check our inventory page for accurate size inventory.

What are your tree prices?

$15-$16 per foot depending on size and species. (Price includes tax)

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and apple pay.

Will there be hot chocolate?

Yes, we provide free hot chocolate to guests. We suggest you cut your tree first and save the hot chocolate for afterwards.

Do you provide saws?

Yes, we provide bowsaws. Please limit to 1 per group. No power tools allowed.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but they have to be EXTREMELY well behaved and remain on a lease at all times. The farm has a lot of smells, other dogs, and small children, so they must behave well in that environment. We reserve the right to turn away guests if their dog is not well behaved.

Do you tie the tree for us?

We have a team of helpers in our lot who will assist with tree tying.

Is the reservation fee a charge for entry?

No, the fee is a credit to be used towards the purchase of your tree or any items in our gift shop.

Do you have food available?

Yes, we have a third party food truck on site.

Do you sell wreaths and decorations?

Yes, we sell wreaths and locally sourced gifts in our gift shop.

Can I bring a trailer?

No, sorry, no trailers are allowed due to space limitations in our lot.

Can we tailgate?

No, no tailgating is allowed on our property.

Can I bring an extra vehicle?

Reservations are per vehicle, that means you will need a reservation per vehicle in order to be granted entry.

Can I take photos at the farm?

We open the farm up to professional photographers for the fall season by appointment only. Sessions can be booked through our website.

How do I book a session?

We book holiday photography sessions through our an online booking system.  You can select from a list of available dates and times to schedule your session. The booking system becomes available for photographers at the beginning of August and is removed by mid-November.

Can I book a session if I'm not a professional photographer?

We require all photographers to carry insurance for their business, so individuals should book through a professional photographer if they are interested in photos at the farm.

Can I bring Props?

You can bring small props that can be carried by hand to the farm site, anything larger, please contact us before your session so we can discuss what props you’d like to bring.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours in advance automatically through the booking confirmation system.  No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of your session time. Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded on a case by case basis.

Can I arrive early to setup?

Yes, you can arrive up to 10 minutes early to get setup so you are ready for your clients and stay up to 10 minutes later for clean up.  Your clients should not stay longer than your booked session time.

What should I do when I arrive?

You should park in our designated parking lot.  No vehicles are allowed down to the farm site for safety.  It is best to either greet your clients in the lot, or provide instructions for them to locate you if you cannot meet them between sessions.

No vehicles are allowed down to the farm site for safety.  The site is about 400 feet from the parking lot.

Are photo sessions allowed during your cutting season?

No, no professional photography is allowed in season.
